In 1939, Sister Lucia of Fatima reminded us that God “wants this way and no other.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2005, Carlos Acutis had a dream in which Sister Lucia, who had just died, told him, “The fate of the world depends on the 1st Saturdays of the month.”<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. Reparation for offenses against the Hearts of Mary<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The “First Saturdays of the Month” make reparation for outrages committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary, an act of love and justice towards the Mother of God. Christ himself confirmed to Sister Lucia the efficacy of this reparation: “… The Immaculate Heart of Mary has inspired Me to ask for this small reparation and, in consideration of it, to move My mercy.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This act expresses a deep love for Mary and God, laying the foundations for a relationship of faith and obedience.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Certainty of salvation<\/strong>
    The Blessed Virgin has promised to assist at the hour of death all those who faithfully perform five consecutive “First Saturdays”: “… I promise to assist them at the hour of death with all the graces necessary for the Salvation of their souls.” (Pontevedra, 1925)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Deliverance from purgatory for wearing the scapular<\/strong>

    Devotion to the Holy Hearts has its roots in the Gospel, particularly in passages evoking divine love and the role of Mary.     Milestones of the revelation :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Paray-le-Monial (1673-1674)<\/strong>:
      Christ appears to Saint Marguerite-Marie to promote devotion to his Sacred Heart. He calls for specific practices (First Friday Communion, Holy Hour) and formulates promises, but the call for the consecration of France goes unheeded. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Rue du Bac (1830)<\/strong>:
      The Virgin Mary appears to Saint Catherine Labour\u00e9, linking her Immaculate Heart to the Sacred Heart through the engraving of a medal. This marked the beginning of an intensification of Marian devotions and the emergence of new events in France (La Salette, Lourdes, etc.). <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Fatima (1917)<\/strong>:
      In the midst of world war, Mary announces devotion to her Immaculate Heart and asks for the consecration of Russia. Fatima is seen as the definitive union of the two Hearts in the work of redemption, with promises of peace and restorative practices. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
