Audio and video recordings
The APSM is authorized to take photos, films and videos at events and to use them for advertising or press purposes. Any refusal to appear in images or sound recordings must be communicated immediately to the person responsible for photographing, filming or recording the event on site.

We use third-party services to provide our website in a user-friendly, durable, reliable and secure manner (e.g. hosting and storage services). Such services require your IP/Internet Protocol address, without which the corresponding content cannot function. These services are also able, via cookies, to process other data relating to our website and information from other sources for statistical and marketing communication purposes.
Our website contains links to other websites, social networks and applications. We have no influence on the content, design, accuracy, up-to-dateness, reliability or legality of their terms of use and data protection provisions. We therefore accept no liability in this respect.

We only use technical cookies on our website. Use of plug-ins for social networks
Our website contains social network plug-ins (interfaces to social networks). In principle, you can easily identify them (presence of the corresponding logo). We have configured these elements so that they are deactivated by default. If you activate them (by clicking on them), the operators of the relevant social networks can record where and when you are on our website and can use this information for their own purposes. Duration of personal data retention
We process and store personal data for as long as is necessary for the performance of our statutory, contractual or legal obligations or for the purpose of the processing.
When you contact us by e-mail or using the contact form, we store the data you provide (e-mail address, name and telephone number if applicable) in order to process your request. In this case, we delete the data when it is no longer necessary or, in the event of legal obligations to retain it, we restrict its processing.
When we collect your IP address, we record it only for the duration of your use of the website, then we delete it immediately or anonymize it by abbreviating it.
