Sign the appeal to make the 1st Saturdays of the month official, as requested by Our Lady of Fatima.
The letter will be published shortly.
Sign the appeal to the Pope Vicar of Christ to make the 1st Saturdays of the month official, as requested by Our Lady of Fatima.
On July 13, 1917, at the second apparition of Fatima, Our Lady announced two conditions for obtaining peace:
“To prevent war I will come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart andCommunion of Reparation on First Saturdays.
Eight years later, on December 10 1925, Our Lady appeared to Sister Lucia (Fatima visionary) to launch the 1st Saturdays of the month throughout the Church. In addition to the immediate realization of this devotion by the faithful, She asked that the Pope, in connection with the consecration of Russia, make an official act recommending the reparative devotion of the 1st Saturdays of the month throughout the Church.
While the consecration of Russia has already been mentioned by numerous popes in various official acts, the 1st Saturdays of the month, the second necessary condition for peace, have so far been forgotten. The stakes are high, however, as the dramatic evolution of the world situation is undoubtedly linked to the neglect of this request from Heaven.
On May 13, 2010, Pope Benedict XVI reminded us that the prophetic nature of Fatima is still very much relevant today. In 2025, we celebrate the 100th anniversary of Our Lady’s request for these 1st Saturdays of the month. This is a major opportunity to finally spread this devotion throughout the world, and to obtain the official act of the Pope, Vicar of Christ, requested by Our Lady of Fatima to obtain peace.
We, the faithful and clerics of the Catholic Church, ask that this official and solemn act be carried out to recommend the 1st Saturday of the month throughout the Church.
In anticipation of this future official act, we are also mobilizing to implement and extend the 1st Saturdays of the month throughout the Church.
In the year 2025, the fate of the world is uncertain, but as Saint Jacinta, the seeress of Fatima, said: “It is never too late to have recourse to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
